At The Performance Club, you’ll work directly with Dr. John Terrier—a sports chiropractor and golf performance specialist focused on helping players overcome physical limitations, return from injury, and perform at a higher level.
Dr. Terrier’s background combines clinical expertise with high-level performance training. He holds his Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is a Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Medical Provider and Level 3 Fitness Professional, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
With experience working in strength and conditioning and alongside collegiate and professional athletes, Dr. Terrier takes a comprehensive, data-driven approach to evaluating how your body moves. His process is designed to identify the specific mobility, stability, and strength limitations that impact both performance and durability.
