Performance Check in Call
Performance Check-In Calls to review progress, discuss their current training plan, and address any questions or challenges that may arise.
These brief consultations allow us to ensure that your program continues to align with your goals, schedule, and physical condition.
During a check-in call we may review:
• progress with the current training program • any changes in mobility, strength, or performance • questions related to exercises or training structure • adjustments needed due to travel, schedule, or competition • any physical concerns or minor flare-ups that may require program modification
These calls help maintain communication and ensure that your training plan continues to evolve as your body and performance improve.
The goal is to provide ongoing guidance so that your program remains effective, sustainable, and aligned with your performance goals.
